Exchange:
Blue and Friends Store allows customers to exchange products, provided that the following conditions are met:
1. Product condition:
• The product must be in its original condition, unopened or unused.
• Exchange is made within a maximum period of two days from the date of purchase.
2. Exchange value:
• The product can be exchanged for other products of the same value.
• In case the value is exceeded, the difference is paid with an additional value issued in a new invoice.
3. Used products:
• Products that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return:
Customers can return all products purchased from Blue and Friends Store and get their cash value back, provided that the following conditions are met:
1. In the event of an error in the order or product damage:
• If a product that does not match the order or a damaged product is received, Blue and Friends Store bears the full cost of the product and shipping.
• The customer has the right to choose to exchange the product or refund the amount paid.
2. In the event of a return for any other reason:
• Returns are accepted within a maximum period of three days from the date of the invoice.
• The customer bears the shipping cost in this case.
3. Refund:
• The amount will be refunded to the same account used for payment within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product in its proper condition.
• The refund process is subject to the bank's policy or the payment method used.
4. Free Shipping:
• If the customer received free shipping for purchasing products worth 200 riyals or more, and wishes to return the product, Blue and Friends Store has the right to deduct the shipping cost from the value of the refunded amount.
